A quiet 22 space park located in a sedate residential neighborhood, near Lake Sawyer - just east of Covington, WA. The park is on ten acres of land, divided into two sections, with a wetlands and a path separating the east side from the west side.   Pets are permitted (for responsible owners).

   Electric  &  Utilities 

  • All sites have 50/30/20 amp service. Electricity is metered, and usage is billed at current PSE rates.

  • City water, garbage service, and septic are included in the rent.


  • Direct TV with HBO is available for $45 per month, with no contracts​.
